New Squad Joining (Test. Still in E-Leets)

Yo people, I love my place in Dega's squad and this is highly unlikely that I switch but what if I made a squad called the Ryiots? I would only start it if atleast 5 members join. Atleast. Maybe some can be shipped from Shadowkidd but I don't know, its his choice.
Mine would have slightly different things to it. One, only somewhat GOOD players must join. Two, when there is enough (and IF) people then the leaders and mods will test new members. Here would be rankings:

Rye: Rye
Leader(s):
Mod(s):
Ryiots:
Newbies:

Leaders I will pick who I know and trust, mods who are my friends and Ryiots and Newbies-anyone. Leaders and Mods must be tested by me or leaders who I appoint. This convinces that you can become Mods and Leaders over time.

I have also posted how to get the ranks. Here is as follows:


-------Leader------

1) Become the first member to join and must be a friend of mine

2) Pass the Leader's Exam by ATLEAST 2 stocking ME or a Leader I appoint.

3) Overtime

4) By request from me

-------Mod-------

1) Become the second member-third to join and must be a friend of mine

2) Pass the Mod's Exam by showing respect and responsibility to Gods of Brawl and beat a leader

3) By being appointed by a leader or me

------Ryiot------

1) Pass the Welcoming Inn exam by beating a Ryiot or Mod

2) In 5 days, you can simply be bumped up Newbie but to be a Mod you'll have to beat a Ryiot first. THEN a mod

1) Join


POWERS:

1) Can bann Ryiots and Newbies, can test Ryiots to be a mod, and can partake in special privledges. And can test for Mod Exam, Welcoming Inn.

2) Can allow to join or by request can immediately make a member a Ryiot with acceptance by me.

3) Can make Ryiots mods, and Newbies Ryiots.

--Leader Powers--

1) Can bann all below, can test Leader Exam, Mod Exam, Welcoming Inn.

2) Can make mods leaders, newbies ryiots, and ryiots mods.

3) Can request by acceptance to make others from Newbie to Mod.

1) All new members should be shipped to this squad automatically until there are 5 members

Mods: Vice and the best 1st Classes

Well, again, I don't care if it's unsuccesfull because I love my place in E-Leets, so, yeah. So if this does work, then yay, but if not. I'm at E-Leets.
