Squad Critiques and Solutions (IMPORTANT-READ ME)

I would like to set up some fair rules for the Squads. I've made my "MAYBE" squad and the three squad's conditions and solutions.

Squad 1:

Leader: Dega
Members: Yours Truly, Mr.C, Rafa, Red, Ichigo_Hollow

This squad is good, however it may want to have ranks or perhaps have more activities going around

Squad 2:

Leader: Nero
Vice: Zinnath
Members: Zall

This squad if fine, except it needs members

Squad 3:

Leader: Shadowkidd
1st Class
2nd Class

This squad is fine. But see Solutions


"MAYBE" Squad

Rye:Rye
Leaders
Mods
Ryiots
Newbies

Shadow Army should donated 3 members to Nero's Squad to have 6 and 6. 1 member should come to E-Leets and the next six members could join the Ryiots. Or, the Ryiots could cancel

yeah sure rye. but umm its like i have six members already, cus some of my membersare never on. when i see u in chat ill tell u who my donations are

yer SA squad will give some ppl are way tho i think instead of giving them away i think they should merge the squads that needs player til the get enough to be there own squad

ok first of all great job rye
you really want to make a squad
but you shouldnt take ppl from other squads imo
even if its temporary because its YOUR squad and i think you have to get the members for it
but the best way to start a squad is to start it with 2 or 3 people so u dont start alone
btw. u made a mistake in squad 2 : Zall and Nero are leader
and i tought we had 1 more squad HMMMMMMMMM.....
